TL nya bacause aid is the right form of help in this urgency of keeping africa alive in their utter state of poverty

mulai nih debatenya , goverment side of the house said that with that aid they still dont get the welfair and they not trust the goverment of africa it self . so they believe if we not stop the aid it'll give big chance to corrup , and they just want to stop develpo aid , not the humanitarian aid .

we're help them with aid to make them try to develop their country , it does'nt mean that they're lazy and so and so . when now the gov corrup the citizen just get little from that aid but etlis nih ya they still get the aid , and what happen if they dont get it , cause the goverment side of the house cant guarantee that they wont die
and how they can join easily to international trades when we stop the aid , and the goverment side of the house not really explain about the capital is , sooo when we want to help them to develop africa and make them to join int.trades easily we must give them aid
